You can get so many uses out of Mouth Wash-Here are some new smart ways to use your favorite alcohol based mouth washes:
1. Get Rid of Embarrassing Dandruff
After shampooing, pour a cap full of alcohol-based mouth wash into your scalp,leave on for 5 minutes, then rinse and condition. The mouth wash kills the fungus that can cause dandruff.
2.Disinfect a cut
Alcohol-based mouth wash was first developed as an antiseptic for surgery, so next time you get a small cut, dab the area with a mouthwash soaked cotton ball.
3.Get the Smell of Garlic out your hands
Ever cook with garlic and have that nasty smell linger on your hands. Pour alcohol-based mouthwash over them; air dry, then rinse with cold water. (crazy I know but it works)
4.Revive A House Hold Plant
Take a spray bottle and fill it up with one part alcohol-based mouth wash to three parts water, and spray directly onto your plant’s leaves and into the soil. It stops the fungi that can kill your greens.
5. Clean and Disinfect your bathroom
Take 1/4 cup alcohol- based mouthwash into the toilet bowl and let sit for a half an hour. The alcohol will make it sparkle,while the antiseptic ingredient kills germs.
