Soda is so good, and addicting yet so unhealthy.  It can destroy your health and most likely cause you problems later on in life.  Drinking soda everyday can definitely create a problem for your wanting to drink water because you start to crave the carbonation, caffeine, and sodium which causes an addiction, which can lead to dehydration.  Drinking excessive amounts of soda and daily drinking can lead to problems such as weakening of the bones/bone loss, tooth decay, high blood pressure, heart disease, and much more.  Diet Soda is no better, it is just as bad as it consist of sugar substitutes which turn into sugar in the body anyway after being processed.  My most Famous Frugal Tip for this is, Stay healthy and hydrated by drinking plenty of water, there is no other solution or substitute and its much cheaper than soda….lol  I’m not gonna lie I have a soda every blue moon, but rarely after studying and changing my habits.  Stay healthy this winter my UFC readers, don’t let that Swine Flu catch up to you by being unhealthy and having weakened immune systems.  Here are some important facts in the video below.   Question: How many cans of soda do you drink per day, week, month?
