Adding that extra dollop of mayo on your sandwich can ultimately cost you your figure, but wouldn’t you be glad to know that this high caloric death trap can indeed improve the texture and firmness of your skin as well?
…I’ll do you one better. For those of you ladies who’ve given up your dreams of being able to wear your yellow polka dot bikini this summer due to unsightly cottage cheese buns and thighs, now is the time to skip the mayo on your sandwich and begin massaging it into areas that need it most.
Mayonnaise is not just a cure for aches — or the perfect spread for your sandwich, but it also acts as a potent, skin-firming treatment for women suffering from cellulite. Sounds too good to be true doesn’t it? Well the proof is in the pudding…literally!
Many women opt to use mayonnaise to restore moisture back into their hair due to it’s emollient properties. In order to restore the elasticity back into your skin, try using mayonnaise as a skin firming solution to treat sagging skin:
- Liberally apply mayonnaise to the affected areas in question. Mayonnaise does not need to be mixed with any other ingredients, however, for kicks you could also add a tablespoon of honey.
- Ensure that the mayonnaise stays on your skin for at least 20 minutes. (This may require you to stay in a position that is comfortable enough to stand in for that period of time.)
- After 20 minutes, use a luke warm towel to rub the mixture off of your skin.
- Repeat at least 3 times weekly in order to see improved results.
Mayonnaise is one mighty condiment. If you don’t suffer from cellulite, you can still use mayo to help cure head lice, strengthen your finger nails, and even use as an all purpose cleaner. Did I tell you it packed a mighty punch?!?
